Job summary

Vivo Infusion is hiring a part-time Medical Assistant for its Northern Dallas multi-clinic operation. You will greet patients, support clinical staff, and ensure accurate charting and smooth scheduling across Aubrey, Flower Mound, Denton, and nearby clinics.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year in clinical and 1 year in admin/customer service. Travel to additional Dallas area clinics is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred; CPR/BLS required.
• At least 1 year clinical and 1 year admin/customer service experience.
• Phlebotomy and lab processing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and assists medical staff with delivery of safe, compassionate care.
• Room patients and update charts; communicate data to providers and nurses.
• Provide front-end support: scheduling, phone handling, and payments.
• Manage exam room turnover and assist providers in the exam room.
• Collect and submit lab specimens; obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Document triaged calls and manage supplies under supervision.
