Qualifications

• Front office experience, including insurance and VOB knowledge.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming calls with a multi-line phone system.
• Conduct follow-up calls for patient referrals and monitor daily inventory of supplies.
• Train staff on daily procedures and support clinic marketing efforts.
