Job summary

Responsibilities include taking vitals, performing EKGs and phlebotomy, administering injections, EMR documentation, insurance coordination, and assisting with clinic marketing. Must have MA certification and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification required.
• Front office experience with insurance and VOB knowledge.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals, perform EKG, and phlebotomy.
• Administer IM injections and prepare lab orders.
• Document progress notes in EMR.
• Answer phones and route calls; greet patients.
• Refer complex requests to staff; support clinic marketing.
• Monitor inventory and train staff.
