Qualifications

• Certification as Medical Assistant is required.
• 4+ years of phlebotomy experience and injections (GLP) is required.
• Front office experience including insurance verification.
• Experience with EKG and vitamin injections is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals, perform EKG, phlebotomy, and injections.
• Prepare lab order forms and obtain patient lab results.
• Assist with referrals and document progress notes in EMR.
• Manage front desk duties, multi-line phone system, and patient communications.
• Support clinic marketing efforts and monitor inventory and daily procedures.
