Job summary

Medi-Weightloss Princeton is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with providers and the Operations Manager to deliver high-quality patient care in a welcoming clinic environment.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and EMR documentation while supporting patient education and clinic operations. Ideal candidates have MA certification and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (required).
• Experience with phlebotomy, EKGs, and IM injections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable learning new technology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals and document accurately.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, IM injections, and body composition analysis.
• Prepare labs, review results, and maintain clinical readiness.
• Assist providers and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Document encounters in EMR and ensure follow-up communication.
