• MA certification is required.

• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Follow up with patients to discuss progress and concerns.
• Refer non-routine requests to the appropriate staff.
• Greet patients and maintain outstanding patient service.
