Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Med Tech to assist residents with daily living activities and to administer prescribed medications within the facility's policies.

You will maintain accurate EMAR/MAR documentation, perform medication cart audits, and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and comfort. The role requires excellent communication, compassion, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must complete Medication Aide Course.
• Must hold current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass 2 medication observations annually and cart audits.
• Must attend ongoing medication administration education.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications within the established scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document medication administration on EMAR/MAR and Daily Log.
• Perform medication cart audits and maintain the cart as directed.
• Report resident status and concerns to HCD, RN/LPN, or ED as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with team about resident needs.
• Assist in move-in, transfers, and daily activity planning.
