MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to care for the interior and exterior of our community. You will follow the guidance of the Director of Environmental Services to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning, ensuring safety and cleanliness across all areas.

You should be able to read and follow instructions, operate tools safely, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• TB test results negative within the last 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license as required by state.

Mansioni

• Maintain, clean, and repair equipment and property as directed by work orders.
• Ensure safe work areas by posting signs and storing tools properly.
• Follow PPE and chemical handling policies, including MSDS guidelines.
• Address daily work orders including light maintenance tasks and painting.
• Assist in interior/exterior painting and landscaping to keep grounds well maintained.
