MBK Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Technician to manage daily maintenance, repair, and aesthetic upkeep across the community. You will handle tasks from plumbing to carpentry, respond to work orders, and prep vacant units for new residents, all while following safety protocols.

The role requires basic maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. A supportive team and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Trade or building maintenance certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or senior living environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic general and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Address work orders and maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments with cosmetic/repair work to ready for new residents.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance areas.
• Serve as on-call contact for after-hour emergencies when needed.
