MBK Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant (PRN) to care for interior and exterior community spaces. You will perform repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services and/or the Executive Director.

The role requires physical stamina and a strong safety mindset. Responsibilities include painting, landscaping, and basic plumbing/electrical fixes, while ensuring clean, presentable common areas and resident apartments.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to interact effectively with people of different ages and backgrounds.
• Must be able to operate a variety of tools and equipment as needed.

Mansioni

• Maintain, clean, and repair equipment and property per work orders and supervisor directions.
• Keep work areas safe and organized, post signs, store chemicals securely.
• Follow PPE policies and report health or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Perform routine interior/exterior painting, landscaping, and light plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Maintain pools/spas and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare vacant apartments (paint, clean, light repairs) as needed.
