Job summary

GRS Community Management is hiring a Part Time Maintenance Representative in Boca Raton. The role involves hands-on maintenance to keep communities safe and attractive, including general repairs, light electrical tasks, and inspections. You will coordinate with vendors and support clubhouse events while providing excellent customer service.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior maintenance experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience required.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs.
• Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments.
• Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling.
• Pressure washing & aesthetic upkeep.
• Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work.
• Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventory.
• Conduct HOA property inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown.
• Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Be available for on-call emergencies when needed.

We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable, and experienced Maintenance Representative who takes pride in keeping communities safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. If you’re a motivated maintenance professional who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and keeping communities looking their best, we want to hear from you!

Pay rate is $25 and up based on experience

What you'll do:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs
• Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments

What We're looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience required
• HOA/Condo Association experience preferred
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Basic internet and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Bilingual is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
