Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• HOA/Condo experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs.
• Light electrical work, lighting replacement and timer adjustments.
• Preventative maintenance inspections and scheduling.
• Pressure washing and aesthetic upkeep.
• Light painting, stucco repair and masonry work.
• Maintain tools, supplies and equipment inventory.
• Conduct HOA property inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown.
• Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Be available for on-call emergencies when needed.
