Job summary

GRS Community Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Representative to keep HOA communities safe, beautiful, and running smoothly.

Join a professional onsite community association team and contribute to problem-solving, teamwork, and exceptional service. The role involves on-call availability and collaboration with vendors and contractors to maintain common areas and buildings.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience required.
• Basic electrical tasks and lighting know-how.
• Comfort with preventive maintenance scheduling and inspections.
• Ability to manage tools, supplies, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Handle light electrical work and lighting adjustments.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and scheduling.
• Engage in pressure washing and aesthetic upkeep.
• Carry out minor painting, stucco, and masonry work as required.
• Oversee inventory of tools and supplies; coordinate with vendors.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, dependable, and experienced Maintenance Representative who takes pride in keeping communities safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. Pay rate is $23 and up based on experience

What you'll do:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs
• Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments
• Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling
• Pressure washing & aesthetic upkeep
• Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work
• Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventoryConduct HOA property inspections
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown
• Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently
• Be available for on-call emergencies when needed

Property Responsibilities Include:

• Buildings
• Sidewalks
• Parks & common areas
• Parking lot & walkway lighting
• Perimeter walls
• Mechanical equipment systems

What We're looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience required
• HOA/Condo Association experience preferred
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Basic internet and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be bilingual
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
