Job summary

GRS Community Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Representative to join our onsite team. You will perform general maintenance, light electrical work, preventative inspections, and assist with clubhouse events to keep communities safe and attractive.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior maintenance experience, and strong customer service skills. This role offers competitive pay starting at $23 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior maintenance experience required.
• HOA/condo experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic internet and computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must be bilingual.
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs
• Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments
• Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling
• Pressure washing & aesthetic upkeep
• Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work
• Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventory
• Conduct HOA property inspections
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown
• Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently
• Be available for on-call emergencies when needed
