Job summary

Coach in Skokie, IL is looking for a Sales Associate III to deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support store operations. You will build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and clienteling while representing the Coach brand on the floor and across omnichannel channels.

The role requires 1+ year luxury retail experience, strong English, and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly.
• Flexibility to work a fast-paced retail schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build relationships through styling, product knowledge, and clienteling.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
