Coach, part of the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a Sales Associate in Skokie, IL. You will be the frontline ambassador, delivering a luxurious, personalized shopping experience while meeting store goals and supporting daily operations.

With 1+ years in luxury retail, you will use POS tools and clienteling to drive sales, nurture relationships, and participate in brand initiatives. Strong English and fashion awareness are required.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education/experience mixed.
• Strong English proficiency; comfortable on digital tools.
• Social media savvy and familiarity with live streaming or video demos is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Deliver personalized styling and build client relationships.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling; meet KPIs.
• Operate POS and clienteling tools; process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain floor readiness, inventory, and visual merchandising.
