Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our Chicago store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Requirements include 1+ years in luxury retail or comparable sales, POS proficiency, strong English, and comfort with live-stream

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency and clienteling/data acquisition skills desired.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans to meet KPIs and support store goals.
Handle transactions and assist with daily store operations.
