Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Warrington, PA location. You will provide exceptional customer service, help customers select Tempur-Pedic and Sealy products, and support store operations as needed.

In addition to sales responsibilities, you may act as a member of management when the Store Manager is unavailable, including opening/closing duties and merchandising support. High school diploma and 1–3 years retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ retail experience with high-end luxury or premium products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train others in-store.
• Flexibility in work schedule to match store hours.
• Proficiency with current retail software and systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall store performance.
• Provide leadership in the sales process, customer service, and brand standards.
• Continue to perform all retail sales associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.
• Assist Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems.
• Assist with merchandising and program implementation.
• Resolve issues within the sales team and escalate when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
