Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Indianapolis to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster products.

The role includes supporting store operations, merchandising, and adhering to brand standards, with opportunities to cover management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable. Experience in retail, strong communication, and a positive team attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably with luxury or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and train others in-store.
• Familiarity with current retail software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining overall store performance.
• Provide leadership across the sales process including customer service and appearance.
• Maintain Tempur Sealy branding and adherence to policies.
• Support Store Manager with merchandising and company programs.
• Address issues within the sales team and escalate to the Store Manager as needed.
