Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Tempur-Pedic Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive product sales in a store setting. You may step in for management when the Store Manager is unavailable, including opening or closing duties and covering management tasks.

You will lead in the sales process, uphold brand standards, mentor teammates, and support merchandising and company programs to optimize store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience with luxury or custom products.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and train a store team.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift items as needed.
• Flexibility to work store hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies and brand.
• Continue to perform all the Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.
• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
• Assist the store manager with merchandising, implementing company programs, and other needs.
• Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
