Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Sales Associate in Pittsburg, PA to deliver exceptional in-store service while promoting Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster products. You will engage customers, meet sales goals, and support store operations.

This role requires 1–3 years of retail experience, strong consultative selling, and the ability to lead when the Store Manager is away. It offers competitive pay, generous PTO, benefits, and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ retail experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train others in a store setting.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining store performance.
• Provide leadership across the sales process and maintain Tempur Sealy’s brand.
• Support the Store Manager with merchandising and company programs.
• Resolve issues within the sales team and escalate to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
