Tempur Sealy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Short Hills, NJ to deliver exceptional customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products. You may cover store management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable, including opening/closing and leadership roles.

Responsibilities include driving sales, merchandising, and upholding brand standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1-3 years retail experience in luxury goods, and proficiency with retail software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ retail experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
• Skilled at current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards.
• Fluency with current retail software / computer systems.
• Flexible work schedule reflecting store hours.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures, and in maintaining Tempur Sealy’s brand.
• Continue to perform all the Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.
• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
• Assist the store manager with merchandising, implementing company programs, and other needs.
• Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
