Tempur Sealy International in Pittsburgh is seeking a Tempur-Pedic Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products and supporting store operations.

You will help manage store performance, lead sales processes, and assist with merchandising and program rollout. The role may involve opening/closing duties and covering management when the Store Manager isn’t available.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ retail experience with luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
• Fluency with current retail software and systems.
• Able to stand for lengthy periods and lift items as needed.
• Flexible schedule reflecting store hours.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the store’s overall performance.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and professional appearance.
• Continue to perform Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at a high level.
• Assist Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving store issues.
• Help with merchandising and implementing company programs.
• Resolve sales team issues and escalate to Store Manager as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
