Cartier Boston is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced luxury boutique. You will work to meet sales targets while maintaining product knowledge and representing Cartier’s Maison values.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, strong interpersonal and service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks including inventory and events. Weekend availability is a must.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a friendly environment for clients.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising, and inventory processes.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for CRM initiatives.
• Support in-store and offsite events and networking as needed.
