Job summary

Cartier in New York seeks a luxury retail ambassador to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales across all touchpoints. You will be active in daily boutique operations, greet clients, and develop a strong client portfolio while upholding Cartier standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends plus one weekday. SAP/MS Office skills are a plus, and traveling for trainings or events may occur.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently plus one weekday.
• MS Office and SAP knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain Cartier standards.
• Support after-sales clients when dedicated staff is unavailable.
• Cultivate client relationships and assist in in-store and offsite events.
• Assist with daily boutique operations and inventory cycles.
