Cartier in Boston is seeking an Ambassador to deliver a premium client experience across all touchpoints while consistently achieving sales targets. You will actively participate in daily boutique operations, client relationship management, and brand events to reinforce Cartier’s renowned heritage.

The role requires a college degree preference and 2–5 years in luxury retail, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday.
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and priorities.
• Self-Starter with Team-Player approach.
• Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and to travel for trainings, client events, conferences.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all touchpoints and greet every client.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising and back-stock maintenance.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
• Support in-store and offsite events and networking with management.
• Adhere to security and operational policies for the boutique and Maison.
• Assist in after-sales support when dedicated area/staff is unavailable.
• Stay current on industry news and competitors.
