Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday.
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Computer and internet Savvy.
• MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target with excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow-up.
• Daily Boutique Operations: Assist with boutique setup, merchandising, inventories, and back-office tasks.
