Job summary

Cartier is seeking a Sales Associate in Boston to provide an exceptional client experience and drive luxury sales at the boutique. You will greet clients, demonstrate product knowledge, and build lasting relationships while supporting daily operations.

Reporting to the Sales Experience Manager, you will manage client data, participate in events, and uphold Cartier standards. This role requires weekend availability and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• MS Office experience and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Available to work retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target.
• Provide outstanding customer service with solid product knowledge.
• Assist after-sales clients when dedicated staff is unavailable.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Assist in daily boutique operations, merchandising, and inventories.
