Cartier Boston boutique is seeking an Ambassador to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering a distinctive client experience across all touchpoints and actively participating in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of luxury retail experience, strong product knowledge, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Weekend availability and a client‑focused mindset are essential to represent the Maison at a high standard.

Qualificações

• College degree preferred.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently in addition to one weekday.
• 2 to 5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service mindset.
• MS Office and SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Develop and manage a premium client portfolio and CRM initiatives.
• Maintain boutique operations, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Represent Cartier values and brand image at all times.
