Job summary

Montblanc North America in Aventura is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to drive sales and service excellence. You will work to achieve individual sales objectives, develop client relationships, and maintain the boutique's premium presentation.

You will need strong product knowledge, bilingual English/Spanish, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role includes opening/closing duties and assisting in everyday boutique operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, especially luxury or jewelry, is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build trust with clients.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives for the boutique and individual targets.
• Develop network and clientele; capture client information to expand relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain store aesthetics.
• Have knowledge of product lines and simple repair/after-sales service basics.
• Open/close boutique and assist with transfers when needed.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention procedures.
