Responsibilities

• Greet clients and act as the community's sales representative.
• Present the features and benefits of the community and secure lease agreements.
• Collect deposits and process future residents’ applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and policies.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses for informational material.
• Shop surrounding properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in resident files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
