The position involves daily property inspections, traffic tracking, follow-up communications, and collaboration on marketing plans to drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartments including greeting prospective residents, touring the property and closing leases
• Process rental applications and prepare lease files
• Maintain lease files and document traffic and renewals
• Follow up with prospective residents within 24 hours and maintain outreach marketing
• Coordinate move-ins, turnovers and turnkey service
• Assist in community marketing to generate traffic and manage leads
