Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, retention, and occupancy while delivering outstanding customer service. You will greet prospects, qualify prospects, prepare move‑in packets, and process applications and deposits following Fair Housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends, and collaboration with the Community Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and occupancy

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move‑in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and market‑ready units; report to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Update availability and process applications for approval.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and follow up on notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and file market data.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
