Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to deliver an elevated guest experience at a Lucid Studio. You will welcome visitors, gather inquiries, and schedule test drives while building knowledge of the Lucid brand and vehicles.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, strong communication, and a passion for customer service. This is an in-store position offering comprehensive benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship).
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Background check and drug test may be required where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions; DMV licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture leads and interactions in CRM.
• Conduct needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Direct guests to next steps in their journey.
