Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to create exceptional first impressions and deliver a welcoming experience at a Lucid Studio. You’ll spark curiosity, connect with guests, and introduce customers to the future of electric mobility.

You’ll engage visitors, capture leads in Salesforce, and guide them through the journey from inquiry to test drive while supporting daily studio operations. This role emphasizes customer care and brand representation.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.
• Able to work 18+ years old and maintain professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Assess customer needs (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles and refer high potential leads.
• Direct guests to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (paperwork, status updates).
• Support studio operations including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drives and showcase vehicles are clean and ready.
• Assist with facility needs and day-to-day studio operations.
