Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to create an elevated guest experience at a Lucid Studio. You will be a primary contact, sparking curiosity about electric mobility and guiding visitors through the brand story and product lineup.

You will operate in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role includes CRM usage, test drives coordination, and studio support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer experiences in a fast-paced retail/hospitality setting.
• Ability to build rapport and spark curiosity with guests.
• Comfort with working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and answer general inquiries; schedule test drives.
• Capture customer leads and interactions in Salesforce.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Support studio operations including opening/closing checklists and vehicle readiness.
