Qualifications

• Proven success in a retail sales environment.
• Strong selling instincts and ability to build rapport.
• Knowledge of luxury brand identity and styling.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals)
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling into brand-focused interactions that drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and strategic wardrobe recommendations
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire the team
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
• Responsibilities may change based on business needs
