Responsibilities include helping manage store performance, leading in the sales process, merchandising, and solving store issues under the Store Manager. High school diploma and retail experience preferred; flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' retail experience (or equivalent) with high-end luxury products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and train others in-store.
• Fluency with current retail software / computer systems.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures, and brand standards.
• Continue to perform all Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.
• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
• Assist with merchandising, program implementation and other needs.
• Solve problems within the sales team and escalate larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
