Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Tempur-Pedic, Sealy and Stearns & Foster products. The role may involve opening/closing duties and assisting as a member of management when needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in luxury retail, strong consultative sales skills, leadership ability, and proficiency with retail software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ retail experience (or equivalent) with luxury products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Proven ability to lead, direct, and train in store settings.
• Familiarity with current best practice retail methods and standards.
• Flexible schedule to meet store hours.
• Proficient with current retail software and systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall store performance.
• Lead in customer service and care, uphold brand standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with policies.
• Support Store Manager in merchandising and programs.
• Address deficiencies and guide sales team.
• Resolve larger issues by escalating to Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
