Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a committed Retail Sales Associate in Indianapolis. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the Tempur Sealy brand across all store interactions.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced, high-end environment, work closely with the Store Manager, and contribute to merchandising, program implementation, and tackling daily challenges.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' retail experience (or equivalent) with high‑end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
• Familiarity with current retail software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining Tempur Sealy's brand.
• Continue to perform all the Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.
• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
• Assist the store manager with merchandising, implementing company programs, and other needs.
• Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
