Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work PRN on the NOC or Day shift, with a minimum of 24 hours per month and two weekend shifts required monthly. The role offers a $5 per hour night differential and a $2 per hour weekend differential in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND LPN license
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
• LPN assesses residents’ needs and health status through ongoing assessments and interviews

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure high-quality nursing care per standards and policy
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR
• Coordinate with care teams and families regarding plans of care
• Support orientation and training of new LPN staff
