Burlington Stores in Mission Viejo, CA is hiring a Shortage Control Associate to support a secure shopping environment and deliver excellent customer service. You will help reduce theft, greet customers, and monitor high-risk areas with confidence and professionalism.

Part-time role with flexible hours, at base pay $16.90 per hour, eligible for benefits with hours worked. Training provided to strengthen shortage reduction programs and protect assets.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection or loss prevention
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

Responsabilidades

• Monitor entrances and exits to deter theft and ensure safety
• Greet customers with a warm, friendly greeting
• Identify and report suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty
• Conduct bag checks in accordance with safety standards
• Support training of associates on shortage-reduction programs
