Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to deter theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and confident, energetic engagement to reinforce safety and service.
• Provide support and guidance to associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
