Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse management highly preferred.
• Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills when working with vendors, suppliers, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot logistical issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and condition of items.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipping of outgoing goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update inventory records in the system.
• Communicate with vendors and shipping carriers to confirm shipments, schedule pickups, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Quickly address shipment issues, delays, or damaged goods to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure shipping and receiving processes follow applicable safety and compliance guidelines.
