Job summary

MCR Technologies is seeking a part-time Shipper/Receiver to support daily shipping and receiving operations in Rowley, MA. The role covers inventory control, receiving, and processing orders while maintaining quality and safety guidelines.

Flexible 11am–3pm schedule; up to 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include logging shipments, organizing stock, assisting with large shipments, and tracking back-orders.

Qualifications

• Shipping/Receiving experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification optional.
• Able to operate inventory equipment (scan guns, etc.).
• Lift 30–50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Maintain a safe, productive workplace.

About the Role

The Shipper/Receiver ensures accuracy and integrity of all products received and shipped. This role covers receiving, inventory control, and shipping, following company guidelines for quality, safety, and standard procedures.

Receive, log, and distribute packages/letters

Organize, clean, and catalog the stockroom

Assist with large shipments and storage logistics

Track and report back-orders, short-lists, and unfulfilled orders

Requirements

Shipping/Receiving experience

Forklift experience; (Certification Preferred)

Able to operate inventory equipment (e.g., scan guns)

Able to maintain a safe, productive workplace

Lift 30–50 lbs

Dexterity: grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling

Able to bend, twist, squat, and reach

Available Monday–Friday

Comfortable using tools/equipment
