Biolog in Hayward, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join its Operations team. You will manage outbound shipments, incoming receipts, warehousing, and material movement to support accurate inventory and on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires a High School diploma and 1+ years in inventory, shipping, or receiving, with proficiency in NetSuite and strong organizational skills. A commitment to safety and efficient operations is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience in inventory management, shipping, receiving, and/or handling incoming materials.
• 1+ years experience stocking and warehousing goods, including recordkeeping and inventory transactions.
• Familiarity with units of measure, material handling equipment, and common carriers preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems for order fulfillment and shipment processing.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, route, and document daily sales orders.
• Verify and record receipt of incoming materials and move to storage location.
• Maintain records/logs to track shipments and measure shipping performance.
• Maintain organized files of service guides, waybills, and carrier documentation.
• Exercise controls to prevent mix-up and unauthorized use of materials.
• Keep shipping/receiving areas clean and organized.
• Perform material movement and general maintenance under supervision.
• Identify, store, and handle hazardous materials per safety policies.
• Perform warehouse inventory counts and entry in NetSuite; flag low inventory items.
