Job summary

The People’s Forum in New York, NY is seeking a part-time Logistics Coordinator to manage the fulfillment and shipping of online orders for 1804 Books, track inventory, and coordinate bulk wholesale orders.

The role is non-exempt, reports to the Organizing Director, requires 20–29 hours in-person per week, and offers a 401(k) option plus safe and sick time. Evening and weekend hours are included as listed.

• Experience in logistics or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics of fulfilling and shipping online orders at 1804 Books.
• Track and maintain inventory of books and merchandise.
• Coordinate bulk wholesale orders from partnering bookstores.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
