Job summary

Decision Point in Whittier, CA seeks a dependable Part-Time Fulfillment Coordinator to handle packing and shipping of merch, student boxes, and outreach kits. You’ll process orders with Square and Stamps.com, print labels, manage inventory, and keep the shipping area organized.

This in-office role requires at least 3 days on site and up to 20 hours weekly. Commitment through May 2027 with potential for longer-term continuation and opportunities to support operations during slower fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship merch orders
• Assemble and ship student boxes and outreach kits
• Process orders using Square and Stamps.com
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carriers
• Drop off outgoing packages at local shipping centers
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
• Maintain organized inventory and fulfillment supplies
• Update inventory data in Google Sheets as needed
• Support larger fulfillment projects and events
• Assist with general administrative tasks during slower periods
