• Log and document issues in online systems per guidelines.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by following quality guidelines and handling feedback.
• Complete special projects as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain current knowledge of MedSpeed policies and client requirements.
• Contribute to a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
