MedSpeed is seeking a Part Time Logistics Coordinator in Elmhurst, IL to support our on-demand healthcare logistics operations. You will interact with customers by phone, enter orders, resolve issues, and handle a variety of requests with care and accuracy.

The role emphasizes high-volume inbound calls, professional demeanor, and adherence to service processes. You will work as part of a team, maintain knowledge of policies, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting clients

Hours: M 3:00 PM-8:00 PM; Sat & Sun 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Intake Coordinators support MedSpeed's on-demand operations by interacting with customers via telephone. Intake Coordinators are responsible for delivering excellent customer experience while assisting with order entry, issue resolution, and a variety of customer requests.

How you Will Contribute:

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via telephone while meeting all corporate guidelines and performance standards
• Manage a high volume of daily inbound calls while consistently maintaining a positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor; ensuring all inquiries are answered promptly and efficiently
• Address general questions about MedSpeed service process
• Resolve customer issues over the phone with effective communication skills
• Log, track and appropriately document all issues utilizing on-line systems and procedures, and in accordance with all applicable guidelines and requirements
• Provide a high-quality customer experience by following quality guidelines and responding to customer feedback
• Completion of any special projects assigned
• Maintain current knowledge of MedSpeed service policies, procedures and specific client requirements
• Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture
• Other duties as assigned

Skills For Success:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Compensation Statement

The hourly rate is $18 - $20 and dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
